Subscription Fees
💳 Payment Terms
Users are required to pay subscription fees according to the selected plan ("Subscription Fee"). Subscription plans may include:

If You cancel an annual subscription within fifteen (15) business days from activation, You may be eligible for a refund. Refunds may be adjusted for:

- Onboarding or implementation work completed
- Usage of premium features
✅ Cancellation After 15 Business Days
After fifteen (15) business days, refunds may be provided only on a prorated basis. The Company may deduct:
- Usage charges
- Support costs
- Third-party service charges
- Payment gateway fees
Monthly Subscription Plans
⚠️ Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once:
- Services have been activated
- Software access has been provided

Refund Processing
